Segafredo Zanetti Espresso –

Dolphin Mall Kiosk

Environmental Graphics + Brand Integration

When Italy’s iconic espresso brand Segafredo Zanetti opened a new kiosk in Miami’s Dolphin Mall, I was invited to lead the graphic design and visual branding, collaborating closely with the interior designer to create a fully immersive brand experience in a compact, high-traffic retail setting.

A highlight of my contributions was reimagining the brand’s signature “Cities Wall” — a visual tradition that lists all the cities around the world where Segafredo is served. For this location, I designed a bold typographic composition that was ultimately transformed into a dimensional 3D installation, casting the city names in high-relief sculptural letters with “MIAMI / DOLPHIN MALL” highlighted in red to anchor the local presence.

To maintain Segafredo’s distinctive identity while honoring the kiosk’s location and physical constraints, I also designed:

  • Digital menu screens, optimized for clarity, movement, and easy updates

  • A temporary vinyl wall wrap used while permanent glass was being installed

  • A large-scale brand collage mural, incorporating black-and-white photography and Segafredo’s heritage iconography in a layered, modern visual treatment

Each element followed strict brand standards while infusing the project with site-specific warmth and polish — transforming a utilitarian mall kiosk into a sleek, cosmopolitan café experience that felt both global and grounded.
